Academic Chefs Association

Believing in the need for education int the art of cookery, we have established the "Academic Chefs Association" as a group of colleagues who have academic education. Our primary target is to make a synthesis of the Turkish Kitchen of a longstanding background that is the locomotive branch of our tourism industry, by means of scientific and technical tools, in order to carry it to the point it deserves among international cuisines. Thus, "Academic Chef Association" aims to reach perfection by bringing together newgraduates and newcomers of academic background of our profession under one roof and bye providing a platform for Exchange of views. In the context of this principle, we coordinate the relationship between academic chefs and employers and form a bridge between academic chefs with our goal of taking the art of cookery to its zenith and implementing it within social life. Academic Chefs Association continues its efforts, taking bold steps towards its targets and principles.
