Ingredients:
250 g cubed meat,
1 cup rice,
half a cup of bulghur,
a whale of a half-cup of corn,
2 onions,
1 bunch parsley,
2 bunches collard,
black pepper,
red pepper şakes,
salt,
tomato paste,
oil.
Preparation:
Roast the cubed meat after adding onions, rice, corn, bulgur, parsley, black pepper, red pepper, tomato paste and salt. Then leave to infuse by putting half a glass of water. Boil two bunches of collards for 20 minutes. Wrap the prepared filling to shredded collards.After wrapping, put it into saucepan and pour three cups of boiled water and a little oil in it. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
